- Accuracy & Availability: We make every effort to display the colors, features, and details of our boutique items as accurately as possible. However, screen displays vary, and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be 100% accurate.
- Pricing & Typographical Errors: Prices and availability for our products are subject to change without notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or technical glitch in inventory syncing, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for that item, even if the order has been confirmed.
4. Orders, Payment & Billing
- Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
- Payment Processing: All payments processed online or in-store are handled securely through Lightspeed Payments or our authorized third-party payment gateways. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions.
5. Return, Exchange & Shipping Disclaimers
- All online and in-store returns, exchanges, and cancellations are subject to our Return & Refund Policy posted on our website.
- In accordance with California Civil Code § 1723, notice of any restocking fees, final sale designations, or store credit limitations is explicitly set forth in our Return Policy and incorporated into these Terms by reference.
- We are not responsible for shipping delays, carrier mishaps, or lost/stolen packages once an item has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

8. Dispute Resolution, Small Claims, Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

- Mandatory Informal Resolution: In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of our site, or purchases made at our boutique, you agree to first contact us at support@comma-concept.com and attempt to resolve the matter informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating any formal legal proceeding.
- Small Claims Court Option: Notwithstanding the mandatory informal resolution or arbitration agreements, either party may bring an individual action in the Small Claims Court of Riverside County, California, provided the claim meets the jurisdictional requirements of that court.
- Binding Arbitration: If an informal resolution is not reached, any remaining dispute shall be settled by binding individual arbitration administered in Riverside County, California, under the commercial rules of JAMS (or another mutually agreed-upon arbitration provider) and governed by California law.
- Class Action Waiver: YOU AND COMMÁ CONCEPT STORE AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
- Governing Law & Venue: These Terms and all disputes arising hereunder are governed by the laws of the State of California. To the extent any judicial proceeding is permitted under these Terms, you agree that exclusive venue shall lie in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California.
9. Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates directly to our website. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
